Billing & Plans

Artopia offers three plans so you can start small and scale as your collection grows. You can switch or cancel at any time, and yearly billing saves 17% compared to monthly.

Choosing a plan

• Free is a good starting point if you’re cataloguing a personal collection and want to try Artopia without committing.
• Pro suits growing collectors who need more room, faster onboarding, and the ability to import existing records in bulk.
• Business is designed for advisors, estates, and established professionals who manage large collections and need priority support.

Upgrading or changing plans

1. Open Settings → Billing & plans, or go directly to the pricing page.
2. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing.
3. Select Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Business and complete checkout.

Your new plan takes effect immediately. When upgrading mid-cycle, you’re only charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading or cancelling

You can downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & plans. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. If your collection exceeds the limits of the plan you’re moving to, existing artworks and files stay intact, but you won’t be able to add new ones until you’re back within the limits or upgrade again.

Payments and invoices

• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe).
• You will receive invoice to your email from our payment provider (Stripe).
